Job Purpose

Plan, deliver, and supervise physical education, sports coaching, and co-curricular activities that promote fitness, teamwork, and pupil talent at RiseChamp Pre and Primary School.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to school on all working days and be present during official working hours.
  • Teach physical education and sports according to the school timetable and curriculum.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions, drills, and inter-class or inter-school sports activities.
  • Supervise pupils during sports, games, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and discipline.
  • Maintain sports equipment, kits, uniforms, and playing fields in good and safe condition.
  • Identify pupil talent and prepare school teams for competitions, galas, and events.
  • Coordinate with class teachers, patrons, and leadership on pupil welfare during sports.
  • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment records for PE classes.
  • Attend school meetings, assemblies, and events as required by the employer.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Teacher or School Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Education with Physical Education or Sports focus.
  • Coaching certification or formal sports training qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching PE or coaching at primary level.
  • Strong pupil safety awareness, energy, and teamwork skills.
