Job Purpose
Provide pastoral care, boarding welfare, and daily supervision for pupils — especially boarding and welfare routines — ensuring safety, hygiene, discipline, and emotional support outside classroom hours at RiseChamp Pre and Primary School.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils' welfare, dormitory/boarding routines, and personal hygiene standards.
- Monitor health concerns and coordinate with the school nurse or first-aid team.
- Support discipline, mentorship, and report incidents to leadership promptly.
- Maintain inventory of boarding supplies, linen, and welfare materials.
- Assist with pupil supervision during evenings, weekends, and school events as assigned.
- Promote a safe, caring, and orderly boarding environment for all pupils.
- Perform any other welfare duties assigned by the Head Teacher or School Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mature demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Background in social work, nursing, counselling, or related welfare fields.
- Willingness to manage student welfare on campus, including boarding supervision.
- First aid knowledge and experience working with children or youth preferred.
