Job Purpose
Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for RiseChamp Pre and Primary School, ensuring curriculum excellence, staff performance, pupil welfare, regulatory compliance, and sustained institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum planning, instructional quality, and academic performance across all grades.
- Recruit, supervise, appraise, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Enforce discipline, attendance policies, and school standards consistently.
- Collaborate with the School Manager on operations, budgeting inputs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Represent the school to parents, the community, Ministry of Education, and partners.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and support teacher professional development.
- Oversee examinations, assessments, reporting, and pupil progression systems.
- Lead assemblies, PTA meetings, school events, and crisis response as required.
- Ensure compliance with child protection, safety, and Ministry of Education regulations.
- Promote a positive school culture rooted in excellence, integrity, and service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Master's in Educational Management, Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of senior administrative leadership in a reputable school.
- Proven experience in staff management, curriculum oversight, and stakeholder relations.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
