Job Purpose

Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for RiseChamp Pre and Primary School, ensuring curriculum excellence, staff performance, pupil welfare, regulatory compliance, and sustained institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead curriculum planning, instructional quality, and academic performance across all grades.
  2. Recruit, supervise, appraise, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.
  3. Enforce discipline, attendance policies, and school standards consistently.
  4. Collaborate with the School Manager on operations, budgeting inputs, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Represent the school to parents, the community, Ministry of Education, and partners.
  6. Conduct regular classroom observations and support teacher professional development.
  7. Oversee examinations, assessments, reporting, and pupil progression systems.
  8. Lead assemblies, PTA meetings, school events, and crisis response as required.
  9. Ensure compliance with child protection, safety, and Ministry of Education regulations.
  10. Promote a positive school culture rooted in excellence, integrity, and service.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Degree or Master's in Educational Management, Leadership, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of senior administrative leadership in a reputable school.
  3. Proven experience in staff management, curriculum oversight, and stakeholder relations.
  4. Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
