Job Purpose
Oversee campus cleanliness, landscaping, sanitation, and environmental standards across RiseChamp Pre and Primary School, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, and common areas.
- Manage waste collection, disposal, and sanitation supplies across the school.
- Maintain school gardens, lawns, flowers, and trees through watering, pruning, and planting.
- Monitor water usage and report leaks, blockages, or maintenance hazards immediately.
- Ensure cleaning tools and chemicals are stored safely and used correctly.
- Supervise and support cleaners, assigning tasks and monitoring quality of work.
- Keep the school environment tidy, green, and presentable for pupils, staff, and visitors.
- Report structural, safety, or utility issues promptly to the supervisor or School Manager.
- Report to school on all working days and attend assemblies and meetings as required.
- Perform any other environment and support duties assigned by the employer.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or certificate in environmental health, facilities management, or a related field.
- Proven experience supervising cleaning, sanitation, or grounds maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of waste management, hygiene standards, and basic landscaping practices.
- Physical stamina, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
